A LUTA POR RECONHECIMENTO DAS PESSOAS COM DEFICIÊNCIA E O DIREITO À EDUCAÇÃO INCLUSIVA

Resumo

Esse artigo objetiva contribuir com reflexões sobre a luta pelo reconhecimento das pessoas com deficiência e a educação inclusiva, apontando importantes marcos legais como a Constituição Federal, Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Nacional, Plano Nacional de Educação, Declarações, Leis e Decretos, que vêm orientando a sociedade brasileira. Nesse contexto, salientamos a importância da tríade formada pelo amor, direito e solidariedade como elementos primordiais no fortalecimento psicológico do sujeito e na conquista do reconhecimento. Diferentes autores contribuíram para o embasamento filosófico, político e pedagógico para entendermos a importância da educação inclusiva enquanto direito humano e como as possibilidades vêm ao encontro na luta por reconhecimento.

This article aims to contribute with reflections on the struggle for the recognition of disabled people and inclusive education, focusing on important legal documents such as the Federal Constitution, Law of Directives and Bases of National Education, National Education Plan, Declaration, Acts and Decrees, which guide the Brazilian society. In this context, we will point out the importance of the triad formed by love, law and solidarity as elements for strengthening the psychological mind of the subjects in gaining recognition. Different authors contributed to the philosophical political and educational foundation of this research in order for us to understand the importance of inclusive education as a human right and how the possibilities enable people to fight for recognition.
