COMUNICAÇÃO ENTRE MÁQUINAS: INTERNET DAS COISAS E MACHINE TO MACHINE COMMUNICATION BETWEEN MACHINES: THINGS OF INTERNET AND MACHINE TO MACHINE

Resumo

A comunicação entre máquina M2M (Machine-to-Machine) e a Indústria 4.0 surgem como nova tendência, tendo o objetivo otimizar e integrar os processos, e estabelece novas configurações na relação homem-máquina. A relevância deste trabalho é realizar a integração dos sistemas de QR Code e o programa da máquina CNC (Comando Numérico Computadorizado), para que possam se comunicar entre si, e personalizar o processo conforme demanda e a redução do custo de fabricação. O conceito teórico será embasado na Internet das Coisas, Machine-to-Machine, Indústria 4.0 e QR Code publicados em periódicos, revistas e artigos. Espera-se realizar a comunicação entre os sistemas de forma efetiva, e posteriormente, implementação desse sistema em um caso real para realização dos testes.

Abstract

The communication between M2M machine (Machine-to-machine) and the industry appears as a new trend, with the objective of optimizing and integrating processes, and establishes new configuration on the man-machine relationship. The relevance of this work is to perform the integration of QR Code systems and the program of CNC machine (computer numerical control), so that they can communicate with each other, and customize the process according to the demand and reduction of manufacturing cost. The theoretical concept will begrounded on Internet das Things (Internet of things), Machine-to-machine, Industry 4.0 and QR Code published in periodicals, scientific journals and articles. It is expected to perform the communication between both systems interactively, and after, implementation of this system in a real case to performing tests.
